My areas of experience in personal training:

Philosophy:
To encourage physical activity in every aspect of your life and inviting family and friends to become a part of it.  Education and planning is key to finally getting where you want to be. Giving you the tools needed to reach your goal, is our goal.
 
 
 
Nutritional:
Introducing Transitions, a 12-week weight loss programs that will help you change your lifestyle, not just diet.
 
 
Emotional Involvement:
Ask Bob...100% of the time if you are emotionally unhappy it is affecting you physically.  Training physically can also help you emotionally.
