Frequently asked questions.



A: T2RG stands for Training 2 Reach Goals.  It is also my initials, except the number 2:)

A: I can easily travel to your home, or you can travel to my home gym located in my garage.  I would be happy to give you my address as soon as you decide to start training.

A: My experience in training has included the elderly, clients with fibromyalsia, prenatal and postnatal clients, those looking to build muscle, clients with type 2 diabetes, clients looking for a combination of yoga/pilates and my favorite is circuit training for weight loss.

A: I am proud to now offer the Transitions diet to my clients looking to learn to eat for life.  The diet can be purchased and followed on your own, or you can choose to follow a 12-week program with me.

A: It really depends on the nature of training you are needing.  I offer group rates at an average of $50/hour, single rates at an average of $25 and a couples rate at an average of $30/hour.  There are discounts available for those who would like to train more than once a week.
